I donated through my cell-phone. I have a screencap of the code, I tried entering the code, and it said invalid.

I contacted a tutor and they said they'd let a GM know, But i have not been contacted in these past few days. Any ideas on an email or anything?
 
You can send an e-mail to [email protected] and explain the situation for the customer support. Please provide them with as much information as possible, such as donation ID's, PIN Codes and stuff. Allow them at least 24 hours to answer on your e-mail adress.
