This server is not online and is currently under construction. I am making a game built of four races, Humans, Elves, Orcs and the Undead(yes, just as WoW). I am personally very good at designing and balancing heroes, their spells, hitpoints gain and their role within the team or race. I spent few years playing Warcraft 3 and most of my spell ideas come straight from there. I made a quite advanced Spellbook system using Skill Points to upgrade spells (Tibia Ots Spellbook system - Sorcerer presentation - YouTube) and I am also thinking about making something similar regarding fighting skills.
My vision is to create a rather slow exp server (slow comparing to few fast ones out there), with no more than x10 exp rate. Map seems to be an issue since I would like to make it rather custom but still mixed with terrain we all know, perhaps a mainland with extras? I literally suck at mapping and that is why I am looking forward to see someone interested. I am currently working on 8.54 client version, but if changes I am looking forward to be made in the game engine are too difficult, I will consider changing version to something recent, like 9.xx.
Because server does not run and yet is still a project I am unable to provide IP address and/or a website.
Who I am looking for?
I always want to make something different, my last project of an OTS in the Future is still running, however, I closed it to new players and I only allow existing players to run around the nuclear wasteland and fight zombies and aliens. Since I must admit that taking OTS scene to the future - and NEF itself was meant to be a rather hardcore server, and yes it is, many players found it too hard to play, and taking Tibia away from world of magic also was not so good idea. Some people found it a great idea, as blowing Predators using Plasma Rifle could be considered rather amusing and running around in an Alien Shell Armor and skinning Giant Arachnid bugs just to sell their shells or make another, even better armor suits some, but majority found it far too hard. It was just far too different to the Tibia we all know. I am coming back with a project that will not be far too different, even with Spellbooks I decided to leave most of runes and other content we all know and use nowadays, Spells in Spellbooks will be absolutely separate for each class, that will mix things up and provide some extra opportunities, not just using constantly same spells. Things I made are usually lot different to what someone else made before, most spells you see are just different effects but still same principal. I personally believe this server could work out. I don't want to make nothing massive straight away, I'd rather to start it smaller and improve, update and polish with time. - Definitely a programmer, someone who could recompile TFS 0.3.6 by adding:
http://otland.net/f35/attributes-mod-156649/ including "absorbpercent" attribute as I would like to make a massive variety of items, so some items could serve everyone, and looted often as a unique with special attributes, that would mix economy on the server very well to see a plate armor with some really nice attributes worth more than ordinary Magic Plate Armor.

Programmer could also serve as a scripter - even tho I am able to make nearly everything I can think of using .lua as I spent good few years scripting in Warcraft 3, I picked up .lua quite quickly, as within few months I am able to make really a lot, however, any programmer could serve with an ideas and implement them himself when I will concentrate on making heroes as only one race is finished by now and still in 95% as to make it completely finished I need those changes in the engine. No limits towards anyone, and whatever other skills you have apart from programming and implementing these two codes are highly desirable.
- I am also looking for a mapper. I absolutely suck at mapping, whatever I make looks like shit and clearly because of that I never tried to improve this skill. I am looking for someone who can work under his own initiative, however, there is a certain plan of how this terrain should look, more or less to make it balanced between races.
