The new is like more p12'ish and common. Not the exact picture but the genre.

The old has more charisma, uuh, is that Ash? Why is he fat? Has he been eating pikachu hamburgars the whole time and thats why he is so fat? Wonder if he ate his own pikachu ect ect...
The new is like... oh a flying birld. probably a phenix. ... .... yeah...
