New idea, want your opinion!

FIRST OTS WORLDWAR

Hello otlanders, Im about to start new project, but before that i want your opinion about this idea!
I want to create a 8.60 real-map server with good exp rate but also with great wars!
Therefor i will make 3 groups (Brazilian, Poland & The others)
When you choose one of these groups there a title when looking at you in-game that will say "*Brazilian allie*/*Poland Allie* or *The others*" depends on what you choose.
After that kills will be counted to site.. here is the rules.

Rules:
1. Kills will only be counted while in guildwars between diffrent guilds.
2. The group will not get any point for killing member from same group.
3. Random PK will not be counted

Please answer reasoned on these question:
1. What do you think about this idea?
2. Is the rates good? if not, EXPLAIN!
3. Something i should change/think about? then post your motivation.

Skills: 40x
Magic: 30x
Loot: 3x

Exp Stages: Yes,
1 - 60lvl = 100x
61 - 100lvl = 50x
101 - 130lvl = 30x
131 - 170lvl = 20x
171 - 200lvl = 10x
201 - 230lvl = 5x
231 - 260lvl = 2x
261 - ~~ = 1x
