New items with graphics from new tibia

Hi, i added new graphics items to client 8.6 and i create new item in .otb but i have problem cuz if i try run client, it show me error

"Cannot open file 'C:\Users\user\Desktop\tibia 8.60\Tibia.dat'.
(Error Code 4)
(Please re-install the program)

and i add new .otb to RME folder but in RME i dont have new items ;/

okey, now it work in game/client but i dont see new items in RME why? i paste new .otb and .xml file to 860 folder
