Try that out, works for my 10.77 running TFS 1.2
You have to make sure that the mount id isnt already in-use in your mount xml file and add in the premium="" and all should work fine

*Note*
Make sure the looktypes haven't changed "the Hellspawn mount" looks like a cyclops atm need to find the looktypes yourself for some of the mounts but this should give the ground work for what you were looking for.
