I have started the server up and everything loaded then my friend went to sign on and it loaded character list and when he chose acc manager he got the message "Cannot load character". I tried and got the same thing. Does the acc manager not work?

i'm all good now for connecting.

But now the matter of NPC's..... They are not on the map when I'm am on the server..... Do I add them on there through map editor?
