Im usin TFS 2.0 sqlite so where i can set new players cap? New players dont get items cause they dont have cap !

If you are using acc maker then you can change it in your acc maker.
If you are using acc manager you can change it in your database (you must find Account Manager in column players and change cap there).
You cant disable the cap system in config.lua beacouse its TFS.
