New roof types?

Wasn't sure where to put this so if it's wrong please move it

Is anybody able to make a quick step by step guide on which parts to use to make these new roofs?
Im really stuck, i get it looking half decent but then i realise i dont know which parts to use in the centre...


So yeah if anybody got some spare time id appreciate it

The middle one you did was my major problem as i had quite wide buildings to roof and i could get the edges going but got central and thought, wth now ?
