About 6 months ago I paid 180 USD for tibiacast system and elf just run away, just letting know everyone to don't pay him anything since he is just scamming.

Have you tried contact elf?
When I bought the cast system (earlier than you since your price was much lower) it took him a little while to install it for me (he was very very busy at the time). But he kept in touch with me on Skype almost every day.

I'd also try using Skype to contact him as I know he has +1000 notifications on OtLand.

I have tried to contact him since then... He always says: "send your source", I send it and no answer.

What was the worst thing, it was that I opened a claim back from paypal and he asked to cancel it or he wont give never the cast system, so I canceled it and he run away again xD

Dont think so... 6 months sending emails, private messages, msgs at facebook and he isn't answering? He should be dead in fact!

Happened, I admit, kito is the only one I had problem with. I won't explain my "running" (not that I would be retired from OtLand since at least half year...), though its not me who could send reply for few days. And I wouldn't say emails and private messages - since these 6 months which you say, you've sent me 3 emails and 3 PM's.

Believe me, I had other problems which I don't have to explain here to bunch of kids.
I am closing this topic as it will bring nothing more than new spam about how patheric I was, I am or I'll be. Or vouches that I am reliable - no need them. So no, no free posts.
Furthermore, kito said everything he wanted, I replied him, nothing to add. If he cares, he'll add me and we'll finish this. If not, its his problem - I won't follow him with his business.
