OtLand New staff members

After another Staff Discussion of new board moderators we decided to promote...
Jonern; OpenTibia category & LUA Scripts & XML board
Mokerhamer; LUA Scripts & XML board

We hope that this will reduce useless posts on the forum.

Next weekend we will introduce an arcade system on the forum and also patch some minor changes in the forum structure.

I don't think so. There should be 2-3 mods per board. And i think there are already.

There is one staff member for every 295 normal members. Whether they are active or not is a totally different story. BTW you have 13 staff members which is unlucky, how about hiring me to fix it xD
