Newbie questions about creating OTS

Hi guys,
I'm new in OTS Deweloping. I want create OTS, but i have few questions:

1) What I need? (It's my first OTS, so i don't have big knowledge about this)
a) I hear something about TSF 1.1 for Tibia 10.77, but I don't see anything about create RME for this version..
2) Can I find original basic Tibia maps for 10.77?
3) Can you give me link to tutorial/s about starting OTS?
