The vulnerability is now known as Heartbleed, here is a list of websites, if they where vulnerable, if they have fixed it and if you should change password:
http://mashable.com/2014/04/09/heartbleed-bug-websites-affected/

In the news they clearly stated how everyone needs to change all their password right now as there was a huge loophole inside several servers. Over a houndred thousand websites are affected by it aswell.
Banks can also be affected by it.

The source is from the norwegian news and ill also post a link below.

Is it about the Open SSL bug? Read about it last night. But still if you got anything inside your brain you will know to never use the same password twice. I got "idc" passwords, for testing ots etc, then other passwords for places I visit more often.

And the problem is that it isen't solved yet, so changing your password will not really help, since they can get it once more if they feel like it.

they have released protection softwares for it, but dunno how many companies that's aware of that

Do banks really using Open SSL? :/

If they start with https:// they do

I think that is false, heres a print from a Swedish bank:

Every website who starts with https:// is affected but theres still a small chance of anything happening. Especially with banks
