Would anyone have any idea how to start players out with a specified starting set with nicaww aac?

For example, I want:
Code: 
-Knights
*Chain Armor
*Studded Legs
*Legion Helmet
*leather boots
*Copper Shield
*Orcish Axe/Spikesword/Morning Star
-Paladins
*All of the above.
*8 Spears
-Druids
*All of the above
*Snakebite Rod
*Spellbook
-Sorcerers
*All of the above.
*Vortex Wand

I tried editing config.c?.php in nicaw (htdocs)but it didnt work out like I planned.
