2. that red nike shit looks kinda wrong, bit wrong shape and should be shaded probably
3. sole should be shaded also
4. how bored you have to be to draw shoe?
black parts are too dark, white too white(at least on my screen)
but yeah, looks almost like something from some game(but trying to make it look realistic would take way more time probably)
