Complaint Nikkster banned?

but i just wonder why?
what did he do?

Even if he was a good supporter, he pretty much asked me for that banishment with his attitude. He was also acting as if I was an idiot who don't know anything about computers besides TFS (actually, I don't know much about TFS these days but I know a lot about computers ;-)) and he knew exactly everything, according to him he lost posts on the forum because I don't make backups and yet I still don't understand what that has to do with our backups (even though we have a scheduled event to create daily backups, we haven't needed to touch them for months because the database hasn't crashed).

I didn't like his attitude either.
But he was indeed a good supporter...

So you banned him cuz he was threating you like an idiot at computers?
