No account folder/map

Hey. I have downloaded the forgotten server 3.0 I believe it is. I have got the server online and such, but I cannot find any map saying accounts, so I cannot create a GM, nor any normal character. What should I do?

there is no modern xml distro so there is no dir with accounts or players

I mean in your DATABASE.
