No Admin Acces :S

I have done all steps 1-5 in gesiors ACC but when i try to do the Admin steps it says no admin acces anyone got the solution for this problem? I would be really grateful for the help!

That's kindoff my prob i cant login at all nothing happens when i press submit...

And when i try to create an account i get
