No hotkeys

As we may all know, it is possible to change in config to
'no hotkey enabled' but, the 8.4 game engine is not the same as the 7.6.. (You can't shoot while walking, Exausted is bigger, Potions can't be missed) All the system is way different from the 8.4 one.
So I ask you devlopers or programmers..
Is it possible in higher versions of TFS to make that also configurable? or atleast changed when you choose 'no hotkeys enabled'
one more thing, if there anyone who know how to do it, please PM me or something, I really want to change it.

Shooting most likely requires source code edit, but exaust and potions can probably be changed in the LUA.
