No lifers atacking my ot

If i turn my ot online then a no lifer login and talking shit

he dont speak english wery mutch.. "BR noob"

If i ip ban him then he crash my ot and so on..

And He will be back soon

Can some1 help me to fix that?

1.Turn the server offline for a couple of days. And keep him ip banned.
2.Get some kind of protection?

then I geus he crash the ot once and will retire.

And that would help in what way?
That would be the same thing as if he should have created a new server..

Get peer guardian --> Insert his ip to the ip block tables --> Can he still crash it? --> If so.. Ddos? --> If so... 911 !!!

Guess it is also possible to ban IP-range.

if you are using 3.5 pl1 then i guess your problem is telnet(disable telnet)
also download mcafee firewall ,it is real good in block attack like syn attack,flood, atc
