No Towns in AAC webpage and admin panel. No city to choose on character creation!

As you can see on the screens no towns appear in Town tab on the first screen. This means I cannot edit any character in the game. Does anybody know where the problem may be? I am using aac master files from otland. On the 2nd screen you can see selection of towns but there is not names: Sample town for example...

Thanks for any help with this.
