Lua Noobs advertising server. 0.3.6+

I don't really know how this could be fixed.
Gesior has made a good one, but it doesn't seem to work on 0.3.6 nor 0.4.0

I wish someone had a fix for that ;P

Like this

Instead of :

Retarded Nab[8] : hey, join my server noobserv.servegame.com

would be

Retarded Nab[8] : I'm not as smart as I think I am
