I want to create a Noob war ot!
Start at lvl 14, lvling don't go to fast.

Lvl 25 Rebirth: at rebirth u reset to lvl 14 again but skills stays.
1e. Pernament White skull (higher hitrate!)
2e. Pernament Red Skull (higher hitrate!)
3e. Pernament Black Skull (higher hitrate!)

@Ezak well I play ur server.. but there not a lot of people on it :) so I want to create my own server, and I use some ideas from your server.. but it will not be the same ;)
