Lua Not increase new combat damage against player(target) ?

I fixed this if i put the value = *2
Why i cannot set example: 1.4 ?? If i put any value with comma the function what increase damage not working on player .. if i put plural value function working on ppl.
Anyone can help me how define value with comma ?

Only if i put the value *1.4 or something with the "." . I want decrease the increased damage so i must put something with param (comma) ;/
