I have this screenshot of me not getting my items, and it saying that I did. This was right after server save and my bp got full when I just logged in, I can take an ss of transactions. But here's one of it saying I got my items when I did not..

As you can tell, my name ingame is Genesis Blood/Sack My Cack. Please I just want to get my donated things, which are the hardcore paladin pants and ultimate paladin armor. Hope this gets solved.

Ok, you have 3 empty spots in your backpack , which i think was the super brain , the boots and your divine bow.
The next 2 items should be in your keyring :p
 
It's impossible for that orange message to display and you not receive the items. Even if you don't have cap, the message will tell you to drop some items.

Sometimes the shop communication takes a while (or server reset) to fully work. No items have ever been lost. Promise.
