NPC Buddel (Drunk npc in Ice Islands)

Hello,
can someone help to make the travel NPC Buddel for Okolnir, Tyrsung, Barbarian Camp, Helheim and Svargrond with 20% chance of 'bad travel'?

a = math.random(1,100)
if a <= 20 then..

Thats the problem, I dont know how to use math.random
