npc channel mark to dark blue

hello i have tfs 03 alpha with working npc channel but when npc say something on rl then words trade and other is on diferent color dark blue i made it with message_greet and message_farewall in npc xml file how i can add it

and i have question i can add something like when sex is male then npc say sir but when sex is female then npc say lady
