NPC Problem with item charges (Solved)

I have a big problem, my NPC's don't recognize if you have item with charges in backpack (tested itens used and never used).
If you have item in backpack it must highlight in tradelist.
Can someone help me? Where I have to change and what i have to change to?

PS.: Tested amulets and enchanted weapons.
