[NPC]Restrict range of walk

Hello im using TFS 0.3.4
I need to restrict range of walk of my NPC:
1)he can move about only in pz zone
2)he can move only in square witch i qualify

Is it possible? Can somebody give me npc with that options?

When you place the spawn area to put the NPC in, he will only walk around in those squares

Is their a way to make the NPC walk , like in a guard back and forth only, like go [left 4] [down 1] [right 4] [up one] ? bee cool if I could, Also is their a list of commands you can do in lua scripts?
