If you're gonna make it by coins, why don't you use a switch?

I don't know how to do it through the trade window, I can make the script for just speaking to the npc if you want

You have to edit the actual client and distribute a custom made client to your players for them to see the changes you make

you have to modify a few files, but doing that might cause you to crash the files and have to back them up.

I highly recommend you to just use "Hi -> item -> yes" instead of trade window if you don't know how to fix the trade window.
