Lua NPC TRAVEL PROBLEM 0.4 dev

i have little problem ...
how fixed spam on boat ? when player spam very fast "hi thais yes" or
"thais yes" he block boat ... how to make when player is in thais and write " hi thais yes" npc dont answer or better if npc give answer " you are in thais"

i use all_boat.lua to all boat in server
how fixed this ???

Remove so the NPC in thais can't take you to thais, so the NPC in venore can't take you to venore, and so on..

SO I MUST MAKE ONE FILE TO ONE NPC TRAVEL ??? SO I MUST MAKE ..... 25 FILES FOR TRAVEL ? NOOOO I THINK THERE ARE SOME METHODE TO FIXED
