Problem not in mail.lua, the problem is in modules.lua and keywordhandler.lua in npcsystem.

I know, but you can use mail.lua to find the keyword causing it...

You have to find house with id, for example, 652 in your map editor, and when you will find it there will be trophy or some other shit in that house(sometimes chairs, boxes). Just simply delete them in your map editor and it will fix the bug.
about the npc problem, I would suggest you to delete that script. It wont fix anything, but at least your server will run fine.
