OK i need a hoster for a roxor server but i also need help on something else

Ok i am tryiong to host it for now and im readin the Mysql_Help thing and it tells me to Go to

http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php

and change your root password.

that doesnt work...... so i cant do any of the next steps.

so someone please help me or if your intreseted in hosting tht all you need to do i will take care of the rest please help me:blink:

Please can you tell more specificly about the problem? I know what your problem is, but I just want to be sure I have the right answer for you. Also make sure your XAMPP is on.

like idk just it wont let me make an acc and i do have xxamp open and every tyime i try and go to that link it just wont work
