One npc in the hunt and you kill monsters and you gain xp and money

I need one Npc when you speak with he, you receive a mensenger in your screen and you need to kill lots of monsters and each monster you kill you receives one mensenger written the number of monsters that you've killed...example:1/100 dragons...after when you kill the last monster you receives a reward...and your reward for being money or experience
