Open a own ot server! - Need Real help!

I need to do an own OT server. and I've been trying on and off since.. 3 years back. Had a .exe server for a few years old with ~~ 20 players online, that was like 8.0

I want 8.6 client.. Own made map , Homepage with acc maker , And shop so I can get some donations.

I got a really good internett ~ 90 mb/sec in download or something like that.

If there is anyone out there who got 2-3 hours to help me.. I would be so Fu*king happy.

I think we can chat over skype.. So I can share my screen, so there is easier to help me.

I've been searching and searching for years now. It's not that Im dumb or anything. I just got unluck when I think. <smile and hickels>

I don't know how to open ports.
Don't know how to do anything or anything.
If you / anyone could send me a 100% explanation tutorial Ill try my best.
