Open tibia server for beginner

Hi everyone I’m new and I looking to create tibia server it can be 7,72 any client just not newest one without many bugs and I want create my own map and sprites and items etc. Is here anyone who can help me with any good download packs please. I had yurOts server years ago but now with datapacks I don’t really know how to run the server/engine? Just maybe any suggestions what I need to run the server guys it would be very nice. I hope is a right category subject
