open tibia server problems

i followed this video step by step http://otland.net/f138/znotes-video-tutorials-ot-servers-137957/ used this distribution http://otland.net/f18/9-1-forgotten-server-v0-2-11pl2-mystic-spirit-134495/ (forgotten server 9.1), only thing i couldnt do was change in config.lua sqlite to mysql like in the video, but i got it to say my server is online but i get this error over and over while the server is running ([ServicePort::open] Error: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions) also when i run tibia client 9.10 change ip and try logining in i get a crash that says:
