Oracle Falso + Acc manager loco

Muy buenas! Tengo 2 problemillas... no se como hacer:

Mi ACC manager envia a las personas a un LUGAR.. Pos X/Y/Z .. vale aparecen alli... pero si alguno de ellos MUERE! .. en ves de aparecer en el mismo lugar aparece en el templo de otra ciudad... Como cambiar esto?

Como hacer un NPC tipo ORACLE!!! Aver si me explico... Hummm el personaje tiene que buscar al NPC este.. i si lo encuentra este puede llevarlo a otra ciudad.
PERSONAJE YA DISPONE DE PROFESSIOn ( Paladin, kina, sorc, druid) .. lo unico que quiero es que.. El "Oracle" Lo lleve a otra ciudad, i que la ciudad donde APAREZCA se convierta en SU TEMPLE! .. Alguien puede ayudar!?

How to make some example of Oracle.. but a little bit different... The character should find that NPC, and if he find it... So the NPC take him to antoher city .. and make those city a residense from character... But Oracle shouldnt give vocations because characters already got them.

UPDATE players SET town_id=0;

put at the 0 what you want the town id.
