OT Client Libs

I am looking for otclient libraries for mingw32 and the msvc libs as well as the links to them on github no longer work. I would really appreciate if someone could reupload them as I'm sure others would as well.

I updated the links for the mingw32 lib in github thanks to @HalfAway It would be nice if someone could update the msvc libs for those who would wish to compile it in vs.
