Ot Craching always

I have a problem... my ot is always craching for some reasons after some sec ( idk why ) the only bug which exists is that

im using tfs 0.4 ( windows aka hosting on my computer for testing )
website is up too...
can someone help me out please?

Im pretty sure im using the right Database xD sec im gonna try something

When I start up the ot I get this

It seems like the ot is not craching if im using IP 127.0.0.1 but if im using my ip so other players are able to login it crachs
