Hello everyone! Hopefully, OTC has grown a bit and everyone's making use of it! So here is a skin that some will use maybe? ( could use TLC but its free? ) Free to use, have fun... Mod it do w/e you do! I might try more things later while I'm in quarantine... ^^

Instructions for those who don't know what to do with this.....
Surf to your OTC folder then..>
MainFolder>Data> drop this image.rar file and unzip there.
This will OVERWRITE your existing folder.
