@Goku97 did u compilled OTC? Because if you do with MVS, some people that download the otclient will require mvscr120.dll and mvscp120.dll
another thing, i am pretty sure that you can't compile in DX9 with MVS.
I am trying to compille with CMake but this guys have a lot of bugs while compille on the libraries, problems with boost.
