OTClient - Removing 'Highlight Under Cursor'

Hello, I'm working on removing the 'Highlight Things Under Cursor' capability from my client.

I've already removed the option to enable/disable from Interface.outi, but when the client is installed on a new PC it is on by default.

Any recommendations on how to disable and or remove?
