OTS Activator (security threat?)

Hi today I was navigating in my htdocs folder and found something that hadn't seen before and that cought my atention, is an "activator.exe" file in the POT folder.

The strange thing is that its been created only a few days ago and my database its been there for a long time, so my question: is this some type of injection o security problem that someone got this into my htdocs to mod or hack my database and if so how to fix this.

I'm using UNNAMED ACC. (gesior's acc)
And if it is a threat, is this folder even neccesary or can it be deleted or blocked some how.

htdocs is important so, no don't remove it. And activator.exe is just some bullshit.. just remove it and you're done!
