Hello,

I've got question connected with OTServ 9.10. So, I've got dist ready, some files are edited by me, and I want to connect this server with MySQL. But I can't import database to phpmyadmin, because it doesn't support *.s3db files (sqlite). Please tell me, what should I do, if I want to have a mysql server. I've got database ready, and please don't show me links for tutorials with tfs, because, as I wrote it's not tfs and there is no *.sql file. Maybe I should only give host etc in config, without importing? I don't know.


One more question, in this thread. I ve got external database on db4free.com. It is running properly, everything is good, but on web It's slow to check or edit sth. Does it influence on my server? When I have external database? I'm asking, because I'm gonna buy a vps server, but I don't want to install web server, Apache etc. I want to use this database which I have created there, or maybe buy web hosting with mysql database so that I can hold my accounts etc there. Are there any disadvantages of this?

Maybe this will tell u sth. When I'm tryin to import schema.mysql file, it says me

Sorry, but I can't find such file and even folder in OTServ 9.10 Distro. Have u got it? If yes, u can upload it for me. Thanks anyway.

As topic says, I need help with MySQL Database, and I'm usin mysql. File called schema.mysql which I can find in 'doc' folder can not be imported, I have an error which I uploaded in first post. This file is there -> http://opentibia.svn.sf.net/viewvc/opentibia/otserv/trunk/schema.mysql?revision=5862. So if someone can tell me sth about this server with MySQL database. Of course, I can make tabbles etc on my own, but it will take so many time, and if there is a possible solution, please tell me it. Does anyone have any experience with MySQL of this server?
