OTX Compile Error includes optch.cpp

I face Problem when i try to compile my OT *OTX 8.1* Error message

Please I need you'r help to start my own OT in a new year

It's says that there's 65 file missed :/ how can i get ?
first time to Compile Please Help i can let you server with source to compile or tell me what to do
