Windows [ OTXServer 10.99-11] Can't login from other PC at my LAN

Hello!

I just start OTXServer it works fine, no warnings or bugs but no1 from my local network can connect (I can connect from server PC), they see character screen but after choosing a character you can't log in https://imgur.com/pL5d1Ot

I unblock ports on my router https://imgur.com/gWChWHu and https://imgur.com/oqQhOw2

I got Polish internet provider Orange and my router is Livebox 2.0, using windows 7 x64.
I had OTS few years ago and it worked fine but I had some problems with this too ;/
I had like 4 years break from OTS community xD so sorry if this is duplicate content or something like that.

I checked that tutorial and looks like my problem is harder...
I have no virus scanners, windows firewall is off same like windows defender (just for tests)
Every1 can enter my web, every1 can connect to character screen but this is all, can't log in the game.

All ports are open and looks like just port 7172 isn't ... I really need some help with that.
My router is:
ZTE Livebox FTTH v2
Firmware: SoftAtHome ZT20_sip-pl-4.31.11.17
Firmware orange: step4-sip-pl


Idk if I have some software that can block port 7172 even if @HalfAway web says it's open...

Solved, idk why it works like that but I had to change IP in config.lua to my local IP address
(from 127.0.0.1 to 192.168.1.15) now works fine ! Thx for all kind of help.
Always the simplest things make the most problems
