Outdated Server? Problem with connecting!

Hello
I have 2 problems. When I start the server it tells me that the server is outdated. Here is the message:

[Warning - ConfigManager::getBool] 62

What does this "ConfigManager::getBool" mean? Another error?
How to can I update the server to patch 2??

My second problem is:
My friend wants to host my server, but if I start the server there I can only connect via 127.0.0.1 not with his ip or a no-ip.org ip..
I just see the char list if I use his normal ip. If I use 127.0.0.1 it works.
Besides I think all ports are forwarded right, because normally I had my server running there too.(Older version:Mystic Spirit)
Which IP I have to write in config.lua? Normally a no-ip.org ip worked, so whats my problem. Why can't he host?

BTW: If I host at my computer it works fine..

Try downloading another server and tell us if you get the same error.

Ok I solved the first problem with outdated version, by putting other items.otb and server console in the folder.

But the most important is the second question.
Maybe an useful information: I can access the website I set up from my computer. But I can't visit the server..
