Outfit NPC

Could someone make an NPC for my OT that will sell you Outfits. Basically you start with the regular outfits then you talk to the npc and tell him wat outfit you want (barbarian, assassin, pirate, brotherhood, etc.)

server is TFS 0.2.12(the newest Mystic Spirit)
