Programmer [PAID] OTCv8 module needed (Nostalrius engine).

Hello!
I am looking for someone who is able to code a system for OTCv8 + Nostalrius for Dungeons.

The system assumptions:

• Configurable;
• Reusable;
• Easy to edit (comments inside the code);

How I want it to look like:

(The window should appear when a player uses an item with a specific action ID)

I want to be able to add multiple dungeons on my own, so it has to be reusable.

Configurable things per dungeon:

• Dungeon Name;
• Recommended Level;
• Available Rewards (they should be displayed below, as on the mockup);
• Requirements (items needed to complete the dungeon, should be displayed, as on the mockup);
• Maximum party members number;
• Time to complete the dungeon;
• Image in the top-right corner of the window;

More info:

• The player should be able to enter the dungeon if the level is lower than recommended;
• The player can enter alone;
• The player can enter with a party (maximum party members configurable);
• The party leader can enter when all players click "Ready";
• The player can't enter when someone is inside the dungeon;
• The dungeon has a time limit if players are inside the dungeon when the time is left, then we kick them out of it;
• The player should be able to use the "look" function on the "available rewards" and the required items;
